The Autumn 2024 budget announced significant changes to Agricultural Property Relief (“APR”) and Business Property Relief (“BPR”), prompting concern and uncertainty across the agricultural sector.

Ahead of these changes coming into effect, this seminar will provide clarity and guidance on your options for passing your farm or business on to the next generation. Lisa Millington, Partner in our Private Client team and Fellow of the Agricultural Law Association, will lead both sessions with support from our wider Agriculture and Estates team.
