A hat trick of awards for HCR Hewitsons at the Cambridgeshire Law Society excellence awards

HCR Hewitsons has won a trio of awards – including Law Firm of the Year, Property Law Team of the Year and Partner Kat Hague being named Rising Star at the prestigious Cambridgeshire Law Society Excellence Awards on Friday 19 April 2024.

Hosted in the great hall of King’s College, Cambridge, the awards, which are open to law firms across Cambridgeshire, are a highlight of the Cambridge legal calendar and attract high-calibre entries from across the region.

The recognition for the firm in winning Law Firm of the Year and Property Law Team of the Year reflect HCR Hewitsons’ strong position in the market following significant hires including biotech specialist Helen Mutucumarana, who joined as a Partner in the Real Estate team last year.

In addition to these three awards, the firm was also highly commended in five categories including: Business Law Team of the Year, Private Client Team of the Year, Dispute Resolution Team of the Year, Inger Anson as Senior Lawyer of the Year and Jolene Brooks for Outstanding Support Staff Member of the Year.
