Frank Jennings, an award-winning technology legal expert specialising in the cloud and AI, has joined HCR Law’s Commercial team as a Partner.
This specialist advice opens a new avenue for HCR Law’s Commercial team, and will go hand-in-hand with its intellectual property and technology offering. As businesses increasingly adopt hybrid working models and seek to leverage technologies that can enhance productivity, the demand for cloud services is on the rise. Frank’s expertise in this area will be highly valued by clients.
In addition to his expertise in cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and intellectual property, Frank, who will be based in HCR Law’s London office, advises clients across the commercial spectrum. He guides businesses on managing risk and maximising return on investment through robust contracts.
Frank said: “I’m delighted to be joining HCR Law’s renowned Commercial team. Businesses right across the country are implementing cloud solutions and AI technology – it’s no longer solely the pursuit of specialists – and I’m excited to help them navigate what can be a complex area.”
Robert Capper, Partner and Head of Commercial, commented: “Frank joining the team is a real coup for HCR Law and is evidence of our growing status in the market. His vast knowledge across the commercial spectrum will undoubtedly augment our wider offering to businesses.
