Communications firm receives funding following deal advised on by HCR Law

Longstanding client Ethos Partners LLP turned to Tim Ward, Head of Corporate, Cheltenham and the Cheltenham Corporate team when they needed sound legal advice during a new investment. Ethos are a private investment office which invests in businesses through direct private equity and search funds.

Strata Communications, a market-leading experiential marketing agency, were seeking investment to continue to expand into the automotive, technology and pharmaceutical spaces they occupy. Ethos LLP and Beechbrook Capital invested in the agency in a deal advised on throughout by Tim Ward and the team.

Although the timescale for investment was short, Tim and the team ensured the deal met the deadline. Following the successful deal, Ben Kirby of Ethos Partners said:
