Corporate team shortlisted for four awards at Central and East Dealmakers awards

HCR Hewitsons’ Corporate team have been shortlisted for four awards at this years’ Central and East Dealmakers awards.

The team have been shortlisted in the Corporate Law Firm of the Year, International Deal of the Year, Corporate Lawyer of the Year and Deal of the Year (£10m+). The deals of the year include the acquisition of Orbital Fabrications by Bergman & Beving AB and the investment in Cambridge-based cleantech group Immaterial from a diverse investor group.

The black-tie event will take place on 7 November 2024 at the Doubletree by Hilton in Milton Keynes. Other categories in the ceremony include Corporate Finance Advisory Firm of the Year, Transaction Services Team of the Year and Bank of the Year.
