Disciplinary process made clear following Employment Partner’s advice

Employment Partner Valerie Lambert recently provided advice on a disciplinary issue and subsequent processes for a large manufacturing client. This involved providing a detailed road map of the process the member of staff was going to go through, and supporting with the actions and documents required.

The client was able to run the process smoothly with Valerie in the background, making recommendations and giving guidance where necessary.
