Employment tribunal resolved for PLC and preliminary hearing thanks to Partner’s knowhow

A large PLC seeks guidance and expertise when defending their employment tribunal claims brought against it. They turned to Employment and Immigration Partner Valerie Lambert for help. Valerie worked with the company and guided them through the process, in one of several cases fought on behalf of the company, Valerie and the team got the claim against the PLC struck out at a preliminary hearing.
