Family firm sell to overseas buyer following deal acted on by Corporate Partner

Worcestershire-based White Logistics and Storage (White), a leading provider of logistics, warehouse and storage solutions, has been sold to an overseas buyer following a deal acted on by Corporate Partner Alison Scott.

This deal, which involved the disposal of White’s groups of companies, is the second Alison has acted on in the town of Pershore in a month, and is expected to give the locally-renowned business a wider audience.

Following the deal, Alison said: “White have been part of the logistics industry for generations, and I’m very pleased to have been a part of their journey to becoming part of an international organisation. I wish them all the best for the future.”
