HCR Law nominated for three awards at Insider Southwest Deal Maker Awards

HCR Law’s Corporate team have been nominated for a trio of awards at this year’s South West Dealmaker Awards.

Hosted at the Bristol Marriott City Centre Hotel on Thursday 27 June, the prestigious black-tie awards celebrate the biggest and best deals across the South West in the last 12 months.

HCR Law’s Corporate team have been shortlisted for three awards, including ESG Deal of the Year – for the acquisition of Cotswold Energy Group by South Cost Insulation Services – Small Deal of the Year (Sub £10m) – for motorcycle helmet manufacturer Ruroc’s refinancing – and Medium-sized Deal of the Year (£10m-£25m) for the £18m MBO of Leading Resolutions by NVM Private Equity.

Recognising the full gamut of deals and the people that make them happen, other awards include Banking Team of the Year, Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year and Emerging Dealmaker of the Year.
