Our Parental Complaints Package, costing £3,500 plus VAT, is designed to streamline your procedures and processes, and ensure that your policies align with best practice and requirements.

• Briefing note on managing unreasonable and vexatious complaints
• Stage 3 FAQs and guidance
• Clerk’s letter to parents following request for stage 3 panel hearing
• Confidentiality agreement for independent stage 3 panel member
• Access to podcast discussing common pitfalls for schools
