Insurance, Risk and Regulatory Partner nominated for Partner of the Year at Birmingham Law Society Legal Awards

Kate Oliver, Partner in the Insurance, Risk and Regulatory team, has been shortlisted for the Partner of the Year award at this years’ Birmingham Law Society Legal Awards.

Kate, who joined the firm in April, is a regulatory law specialist, with particular expertise in business defence and sports law. Her experience covers health and safety law, environmental prosecutions, white-collar crime and safeguarding in sport.

The awards ceremony celebrates the best in legal excellence across Birmingham. All nominations are judged by an experienced panel brought together from the worlds of law, business and academia.

Kate Oliver said: “I’m thrilled to have been nominated for this prestigious award – Birmingham has such a diverse client base, and one which I’m pleased to have been working alongside to ensure they are supported. It’s an honour to shortlisted alongside leading lawyers and law firms in the region – good luck to all the finalists.”

The black-tie event takes place on Thursday 13 February at The international Convention Centre in Birmingham.
