John Gore Media Ltd Acquires KFilm in landmark deal advised on by HCR Law’s Corporate team

John Gore Media Ltd, led by renowned entrepreneur John Gore, has acquired KFilm Ltd, the parent company of several prominent distribution businesses, in a deal advised by HCR Law’s Corporate team.

The acquisition includes KFilm’s established network of leading distribution brands, including Kaleidoscope Film Distribution, Icon Film Distribution, and Platform Entertainment, as well as its international sales arm.

This landmark deal represents a significant step forward for John Gore Media, strengthening its presence in both the U.K. and international audiovisual markets. It follows the company’s recent acquisition of Silver Salt, a film remastering business, earlier this year—further solidifying its position as a key player in audiovisual content and live theatre production.
