Rowena Clark joins Thames Valley Restructuring and Insolvency team

Rowena Clark joined the Restructuring and Insolvency team in April this year to bring her expertise in the arena to the Thames Valley’s wide range of businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals.

Rowena’s joining marks continued growth for the team, which has spread substantially over the last year to provide a national offering. She also bolsters the team’s expertise in non-contentious insolvency, deepening their knowledge of this specialist area.

With 15 years’ experience, Rowena has worked at both Tier 1 global law firms along with one of the ‘Big Four’ firms. Rowena has a unique ability to see both sides of a case – having acted for both solvent and insolvent mandates – meaning she can advise on the best outcome all round.

A range of different stakeholders have become clients of Rowena’s – from individuals and Insolvency Practitioners to lenders and corporates both nationally and internationally.
