Successful restructure following Employment Partner’s guidance

Employment and Immigration Partner Valerie Lambert was contacted before her client commenced a restructure, which it envisaged would involve a collective consultation  – a process which must be followed if 20 or more employees are being made redundant in any 90-day period in one place of work.
