Thames Valley Corporate team’s trio of awards at Thames Valley Business Magazine Deal Awards

HCR Law’s Corporate team had a very successful night at the at last night’s Thames Valley Business Magazine Deal Awards – Advising on the winning Small Deal of the Year (YFM’s investment in Psychology Tools) and Corporate Deal of the year (Steer Automotive Group’s acquisition of Fastlane Paint & Body) and Rachel Turner winning the Lawyer of the Year award for the second consecutive year.

The best deals in the region and the people who make them happen were celebrated at the annual ceremony, with TV presenter Mark Durden-Smith compering throughout the night.

The awards were presented at Reading FC’s Select Car Leasing Stadium, and saw the Corporate team’s involvement in key regional deals recognised by the corporate finance community.

Rachel Turner, Head of Corporate, Thames Valley, said: “I’m thrilled that two of the Corporate Team’s key deals this year for its key clients have been recognised. We take a lot of pride in delivering sound legal advice to help those clients realise their ambitions.

The awards come shortly after the firm’s Corporate team were ranked first across the UK for M&A deals by Experian Market IQ in their Q3 report.
