Transfer of UK and Dutch companies completed quickly thanks to Corporate and International Partner’s knowledge

An English holding company with Dutch and UK subsidiaries looked to transfer these subsidiaries to its American parent corporation. They instructed Corporate and International Partner Dr Saverio Salandra to guide them through the process, which covered several jurisdictions.
