I have a particular interest in real estate finance, as I enjoy the fast-paced nature of the work, and the sense of achievement when we complete a deal. As a solutions driven lawyer, I build strong client relationships and work to ensure I meet and exceed client expectations.
I work with high street banks, building societies, bridging funders, developers, development funders and borrowers. My specialisms include real estate finance, acquisitions and disposals of commercial property, development and residential conveyancing.
Outside work, my passions include music – I am a member of the BBC National Chorus of Wales – my family and Wales itself, from the language to the culture.

This depends on a number of factors including the nature of the transaction, the type of funding and the solicitors on the other side. We will provide you with our estimated timescales at the start of the matter and keep you updated along the way.
We will provide you with our fee estimate at the start of the matter based on the scope of work that is required. If any fee increases are required, because the transaction has materially changed, we will communicate this with you as early as possible.
