Why choose me

In employment law, no two days are the same. It’s a practical yet technical discipline which involves supporting clients to resolve their issues. When supporting employers this includes developing and managing their workforce, whilst ensuring compliance with employment law requirements and best practice. Regardless of the client or issue, working together to achieve the client’s goals is immensely satisfying.

I ensure that my clients have the resources they need to actually move forward. I work collaboratively with clients to ensure that they understand the options available to them and how to proceed.

I work with HR professionals, business owners and senior executives, providing advice on everything from day-to-day advisory issues (such as sickness and performance management) to disciplinary and grievance processes. My role also includes providing procedural support including changes to terms and conditions, redundancies and restructures along with document support. I regularly defend tribunal claims and also negotiate with Acas or assist in the mediation of a claim.

Outside work, my passions include finding amazing places to eat delicious food, and getting outside to explore new places, particularly if it’s by the sea.
