Why choose me
I enjoy having the chance to work with a wide variety of clients with different needs and legal issues. A key element of dispute resolution is problem solving – in my line of work this involves getting to know my clients and their business so I can help them resolve their difficulties in line with their goals.
I offer frank but tailored advice to my clients, and understand that the litigation process can be both daunting and stressful. I’ve worked with a range of clients including individuals with personal matters, director and shareholders facing disputes, along with SMEs and companies with large commercial disputes.
My legal specialisms include disputed debts, regulatory matters, commercial disputes and breaches of contract. Outside work I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, as well as countryside walks with my Cockapoo. I’m also a keen Formula 1 fan and have recently taken up reformer pilates.

Questions my clients ask me
At the outset, there are usually too many unknown factors to give anything other than an indication of costs. I will provide you with a fee estimate from the outset and endeavour to keep you updated as to any changes in fees as your case progresses.
Not all cases go to court. In fact, the majority settle before reaching a final hearing through alternative dispute resolution. Proceedings can last anywhere between six months for a disputed small claims matter to upwards of two years for a complicated multi-track matter.
Often, the answer is not straightforward. Based on the information provided. I will be open about the merits of your case and advise you on the options available.
