Questions my clients ask me
No, whatever you tell me stays with me and will not influence how I manage your matter.
Predicting the length a case will take to resolve, especially if it involves an application to court or tribunal, is very difficult. However, I will regularly provide updates on both timings and costs.
The answer varies depending on the type of case, but if court proceedings are involved and you win, you will usually receive approximately 60%-70% of your incurred legal costs if the losing party has sufficient funds to pay you.
