Working in employment law means I have a diverse workload and client portfolio, working on a mix of litigation and non-contentious work. It’s a fast-paced and politically-influenced area of law.

I get to know my clients, building strong and trusting relationships with them. I do not over-promise but do aim to over-deliver. As well as being responsive, I offer pragmatic, commercially-tailored solutions whilst working within your risk profile. I’m mindful of your aims and will look to add value where I can, particularly in terms of introducing you to others.

My commercial clients range from small owner-managed businesses with only a handful of employees, to large well-known global brands.

My specialisms include representation at employment tribunal for both claimants and respondents, day-to-day HR support, advice on restructuring and redundancy and drafting employment documentation. I also negotiate employee exits and settlement disputes, and provide corporate support – for example supporting businesses with the employment aspects of merger and acquisition work, disposals and corporate restructuring. I also guide employers through TUPE and provide HR and employment law training.

Outside of work, my passions include travel and keeping fit.
