It’s impossible to get bored in commercial law – whether I’m speaking to a retailer about implementing a new software system or a luxury jewellery brand about launching a new global website offering, I’m working with passionate clients who care about their work.

I work with a mix of clients, from in-house legal teams in large corporates to sole traders in owner-managed businesses, to get to the heart of their business models. I’ve also worked with consumer, manufacturing, telecoms, tech and financial services businesses amongst others and often in a cross-border setting.
My specialisms include advising on and drafting commercial contracts, providing operational support to in-house legal teams, marketing, franchising and distribution advice, supply chains, IP protection, internet laws, ecommerce and data protection amongst much more.
Outside of work my passions include living a healthy and mindful life with my family, advancing female professionals in law, and championing introverted ‘quiet’ leadership models, along with advancing the case for mental health in professional services.
