Why choose me

My job is about getting to the heart of what your business does. This means I can not only understand what you do on a practical level, but also help alleviate potential risks while supporting your offering to the market.

I present my clients with commercial solutions rather than more problems. I like to work alongside clients to achieve their goals and ensuring I am accessible to help with their queries and needs.

I make sure I provide jargon-free, to the point information which is commercially-minded. I’ve worked with a range of clients, from large corporates in a range of industries to smaller owner-managed businesses and individuals looking to start up in business or expand their current offering.

My specialisms include business contracts.

Outside work, my passions include baking, travelling and the gym – when I’m not running around after my little one!

Questions my clients ask me

In almost all circumstances, no. There will be aspects of the contract which may remain the same, but inevitably terms for one contract may not be useful for another. Similarly, if the contract was drafted some time ago, we would want to ensure that there are no legal changes which need to be considered. Also, there may be different risk factors to consider, based on who you are contracting with and where they are based.

It is difficult to estimate without knowing all the facts as every case is different. However, we will provide an estimate at the outset and aim to stick to your budget throughout based on the scope of work that has been agreed.
