Questions my clients ask me

Our charges are fixed and pre-agreed with clients at the outset based on a scope of work and transaction value. Only where the scope of work significantly changes will pre-agreed fee arrangements alter and, in this unlikely scenario, I will raise the issue with the client at the earliest opportunity.

This depends on the responsiveness of the parties involved, but I am renowned for my efficient approach and ability to meet critical deadlines.

Usually, and I will explain why. If not, I will advise accordingly and suggest the best way forward.
