Why choose me
I have a passion for supporting charities and not-for-profits to deliver their aims and objectives. The unique challenges faced by these organisations enable collaborative, creative thinking leading to solutions which last. No two days are the same – I learn something new every day.
Investing time in getting to know my clients means I build long-term trusted relationships that allow me to provide bespoke advice tailored to each client’s needs, objectives and risk appetite. I also make sure to build relationships with other sector stakeholders so that I have a team of trusted advisors who can support my clients when needed.
With over 20 years’ direct experience of advising on a broad range of corporate and governance issues for charities and not-for-profit organisations, I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients across a range of sectors. These have included housing groups, care and support organisations, animal charities, royal societies and third parties looking to work with charities including banks, local authorities and commercial entities.
My specialisms are varied, and include charity law, social housing law, and corporate and governance law.
Outside work, I enjoy spending time with friends, family and colleagues, walks on the beach with my dog and exploring new places in the UK and abroad.
