I am  a commercial lawyer with broad international and domestic experience in a variety of sectors.  I take a great interest in advising on complex laws which govern businesses of all types.

I have significant international experience, having worked in the Middle East for over a decade, advising on corporate and commercial law. I am dual qualified, both in England and Wales, and New York and my practice often has a cross-border element.

I advise across a variety of matters and disciplines including sports and media law, energy, manufacturing and distribution, franchising, intellectual property and technology to M&A, debt and equity arrangements

Whether I’m working with an individual, a start-up, a sports club, a multinational, or a government entity – I focus on my clients’ objectives and their end goals and concentrate on problem solving and finding solutions.

I am currently Joint Head of the Sports, Media and Entertainment Sector and Head of the firm’s Middle East Hub.

In my personal life I am passionate about family, travel, adventure and sports.
