I have a particular expertise in international legal work focussed on inward investment into the UK, client global expansion programmes and international employee transfers.
I also deal with the employment and immigration aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals, corporate re-organisations and outsourcing arrangements. Outside of work, my passions include running around after my two boys, travelling, Reading Football Club and Newbury Rugby Club.
