Real estate advice from agreement to completion

Every day, we advise lenders and borrowers on loans related to property sales and acquisitions, and we help to finance property development and refinance existing debt. Our dedicated finance solicitors work with all kinds of lenders, including mainstream banks, bridging loan companies, challenger banks and peer-to-peer lenders and individual borrowers so we can find a finance solution for your property. We know the funding landscape well, and know how to enable borrowers to access funds quickly and efficiently.

We cover every aspect of a real estate deal – from negotiating the loan agreement and undertaking due diligence to preparing warranties for development projects. We provide finance advice across acquisition and investment finance, property development finance, buy-to-let portfolio acquisitions and refinancing – ranging from a single asset to large portfolios.

Hear what our clients say about us

Emme has proven herself to be a thoroughly professional property lawyer handling a wide range of property types and values from modest residential to high value commercial units.

Approachable and readily contactable, she is easy to work with, and I would have no hesitation recommending her to other lenders or clients who require a reliable, technically competent and very thorough property lawyer.

Mark Walker Lloyds Bank’s commercial banking division

Just wanted to send a quick note over to thank you once again for your hard work in delivering the deal in time for Christmas!

Throughout the process you were both incredibly helpful and pragmatic which has led to the deal getting done. Thank you. Look forward to working together again in the new year.

Successful nursery acquisition following Real Estate Partner’s expertise

Now that we have completed, can I thank you all for all the hard work and professional advice you have undertaken in dealing with my matter. Every dealing with your company has been done in a timely and pleasant manner and you have made the whole process very easy for me. I am so grateful that Henry recommended you and I would wholeheartedly recommend the team at HCR Law.

Harvey Cohen Trinity Dental

Really pleased to have completed on further residential development transactions with HCR Law acting on behalf of the lender on a number of cases. As a broker, it makes such a difference when you can advise the client, with complete confidence, that it won’t be the lenders’ solicitor delaying their completion – and all without having to pay extortionate rates too. A big thank you to both Clare Day and HCR, and looking forward to working with you again in the near future.

Broker Blaise Commercial Finance

Many thanks for all your work on this and speedy responses to everything, you have made the whole process very simple for us. Thanks again!

Darren Gordon – General Manager Concept Environmental Solutions

We would like to thank you for going the extra mile to get this deal completed before our year end.
