Needing assistance with their major new Central London office, non-governmental organisation (NGO) CDP Worldwide came to HCR for advice.

Philip Parkinson, Partner and Head of Real Estate in Worcester, helped CDP with the legal process involved in negotiating a new London lease deal against a backdrop of the aggressive London property market.

As an NGO, CDP had an important need for value and received strong, cost effective, experienced commercial advice during their time-critical move.
